Adding exercises during a workout
Close the exercise player to return to Home. Tap + to add another exercise, then use the in-progress card to resume. The current exercise and its weight and reps stay in place.
Baseline Plus and purchases
Open the gear button on Home, then Baseline Plus. This screen shows plans or your active membership, and includes Restore. To restore an App Store purchase, use the Apple Account that made it.
Manage or cancel a subscription in your iPhone’s Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting Baseline or its Social account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Apple handles billing and refund requests.

Workout data and recovery
Use Workout settings → Export my data to save a workout archive. Keep an export somewhere safe before replacing your device or removing the app. An automatic guest identity is not a guaranteed way to recover access after reinstalling or losing a device.
Choose whether workouts are shared
Before the first automatic workout post, Baseline asks whether to share completed workout summaries publicly. Choose Share workouts to allow automatic sharing, including summaries waiting to share, or Keep private to cancel pending automatic posts. Your workout is saved either way.
To change this later, open the gear button on Home, then Post completed workouts in Workout settings. Ask first means automatic sharing is waiting for your choice. Enabling it opens the confirmation; turning it off leaves already published posts in place. Private training synchronization is separate from public sharing.
Privacy and account deletion
Open Social, then your profile and Privacy & Data. You can export Social data, manage blocked users, check reports or choose Delete account. Type DELETE when prompted to confirm.
Deleting the Social account removes access to that account and processes its server data for deletion or redaction. It does not erase local workout history or cancel an App Store subscription. See the privacy policy for details, or contact us with a privacy request.
Report harmful content
- Post: open another member’s post and choose Report.
- Comment: open the post and tap Report beneath the other member’s comment.
- Private message: open the conversation, press and hold the other person’s message, then choose Report.
- Member: open their profile, then Safety & Report to report or block them.
Follow the report prompts to describe the issue. You can check your reports in your profile’s Privacy & Data screen. You can also email the support address above with enough detail to identify the issue. Avoid including unrelated private conversations.
Community safety and attachment review
Do not share harassment, hateful or threatening content, sexual exploitation or explicit sexual content, illegal material, or spam. These rules apply to profiles, gym information, posts, comments and private messages. Content may be withheld or removed, and accounts may be restricted.
Submitted text is checked by automated safety rules. New media uploads stay private until an authorized human reviewer approves them, including attachments intended for private messages. An upload is not a guarantee that an attachment can be shared. Contact support if you need help with a review decision.
